Social Media

As a global network, the Post-2015 Women’s Coalition works to strengthen communication and coordination among its members as well as with other civil society organizations, State governments and officials, the United Nations and its agencies, the media and general public, and other stakeholders.

Social Media

Realizing the importance of engaging with stakeholders and joining campaigns via the internet, the Coalition prepares key messages and infographics to be shared widely online, including through social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.

With members all over the world, the Coalition uses Twitter to rapidly distribute information, especially during important events and meetings. Our Twitter page includes a list of resources to use, including handles for UN Missions and CSOs.

The Coalition also creates infographics to visually highlight important messages and analyses. These infographics can be shared via social media and other online platforms.

Join the Post-2015 Women’s Coalition facebook page to see posts highlighting key resources and events.

Communications Memo

Before each relevant conference or event, the Coalition distributes a Communications Memo to its members with detailed information about the event and key messages for social media. To join our listserv and receive emails, please sign up here.
